Atlanta Street Vending Program

The City of Atlanta Street Vending Program is an exciting partnership between General Growth Properties, Inc. and the City of Atlanta that has completely revamped the look and feel of the City's long-standing street vending program.

Under the management of UK Lasalle, LLC, a subsidiary of General Growth Properties, Inc., the City of Atlanta Street Vending Program is being completely redesigned and upgraded. The program includes installation of new, permanent, state-of-the art vending kiosks; establishment of standard operating hours and business protocol for all vendors; and the addition of static advertisement on each of the vending units. As with any retail program, the merchandising mix is the driving force behind the leasing, ultimately offering downtown shoppers and tourists a fresh variety of products and services.

In Phase I of the program, 20 units were installed and opened in the fall of 2009, and additional locations will open this year. These locations represent some of the most visible and trafficked areas in the Atlanta metro area. Ultimately, the program will include approximately 80 kiosk locations throughout the Atlanta region.
