The Learning Mall

GGP was the first in our industry to establish our own internal, customized learning environment called The Learning Mall. The Learning Mall is our online environment that provides resources and opportunities to help all employees maximize strengths and engage in developmental experiences.

The Learning Mall provides our employees with:

  • Tools that deliver knowledge in an intuitive and effective manner.
  • Core training that reinforces our commitment to a safe, comfortable and ethical work environment.
  • Functional training in areas such as leasing, operations, marketing and finance that provides employees the opportunity to clearly understand their job expectations, gain knowledge and skills to do their job well, and share best practices.
  • Systems training on all standard and custom software packages.
