The Streets at Southpoint combines an internationally awarded interior and an exterior open-air lifestyle area design featuring numerous market exclusives. The center is located in the heart of the Triangle NC market which comprises Raleigh, Cary, Durham and Chapel Hill - a region that has more than doubled its population since 2000.

THE MERCHANDISING

  • Admired for its charming design as much as its impressive retail offerings, The Streets at Southpoint continues to be one of the most productive shopping destinations in the market. Key retailers in the center’s retail mix include Apple, a two-level Forever 21 and many market exclusives including Anthropologie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, Crate and Barrel, L’Occitane, Pottery Barn Kids, Restoration Hardware, Cole Haan and Lucky Brand Jeans.
  • The Streets at Southpoint features North Carolina’s first, and the Triangle’s only, Nordstrom along with Belk, Macy’s, jcpenney and Sears.
  • In 2012 The Streets at Southpoint completed a comprehensive re-merchandising plan concurrent with the center’s 10th anniversary that introduced more than twenty new and first-to-market retailers such as Michael Kors, Hanna Andersson, Vera Bradley, Sperry Top-Sider, Sur La Table, West Elm, Madewell, Athleta, lululemon athletica, It’Sugar, Brooks Brothers Flatiron Shop, PBteen and Chipotle.
  • Main Street, the open-air section, is the entertainment center for the mall, featuring live outdoor concerts, a 17-screen cinema with new IMAX and six sit-down restaurants - Maggiano’s Little Italy, The Cheesecake Factory, Champps Americana, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, California Pizza Kitchen and Zinburger Wine and Burger Bar opening fall 2013.
  • Other new retailers joining The Streets at Southpoint in 2013 are Vans, Lilly Pulitzer and Apricot Lane.
