Jonathan Kramer is President of GGP, where he oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and the execution of its business plan. In addition to driving operating performance, he is responsible for originating and executing key strategic initiatives and transactions.
Having joined the company in 2011 on the U.S. Office team in a blended legal and business role, he advanced to the Global M&A Investment team, where he served as a Managing Director. In this capacity, Jon was a key leader in structuring, negotiating, and executing public and private mergers, acquisitions, developments, and other strategic transactions and worked closely with operating teams to optimize organizational structures and asset performance.
Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University.
