Kathy Rugebregt is the Chief People Officer of GGP, where she leads all aspects of the company’s human resources operations. Her areas of responsibility include talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, total rewards, and compliance. Kathy plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizational strategies that align company objectives with employee well-being.
With two decades of experience across the human resources field, Kathy brings deep experience in analytics, communication, and fostering a strong organizational culture. She is also the executive sponsor of GGP Cares, championing initiatives that support employee volunteering and donations.
Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northern Illinois University.
