
Kevin McCrain is the Chief Executive Officer at GGP, bringing extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of the real estate and retail sectors to his role. Before transitioning to the U.S. retail business, Kevin served as a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, where he oversaw retail investments across various real estate fund strategies and managed BPY’s portfolios.
Since joining the organization in 2010, Kevin has held several roles within the organization, working out of the New York, London, and Chicago offices. Prior to his current position, he was appointed Global Head of Retail, where he led the retail and entertainment business. Throughout his career, Kevin has played a key role in major acquisitions and dispositions, including Center Parcs, Gazeley, IDI, Student Roost, and IFC Seoul. He also served on the board of several Brookfield portfolio companies, including Center Parcs, IFC Seoul, Student Roost, and JCPenney.
Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and holds a bachelor’s degree from Sacred Heart University.
