Isabella Eatery at Tysons Galleria (McLean, VA)

Often considered the “Rodeo Drive of the East Coast,” Tysons Galleria generates over $400 million in retail sales annually. In Fall 2017, Tysons will open an unprecedented restaurant concept on its third floor, transforming the space into a 41,000-square-foot dining complex containing eight distinct eateries, a cocktail bar and private dining space. 

The ambitious, innovative food hall was dreamed up by critically acclaimed chef and restauranteur Mike Isabella. Named FOOD & WINE magazine’s The People’s Best New Chef Mid-Atlantic, the D.C.-based chef and restaurateur plans to bring existing favorites as well as brand-new concepts to his Isabella Eatery. Designed by prolific strategy and design collective Streetsense, the space will offer a mix of dine-in, carryout and specialty retail items, with a common dining area and unified table service benefiting multiple food & drink tenants.

Restaurant Row at Grand Canal Shoppes (Las Vegas, NV)

Located on the bustling Las Vegas Strip, Grand Canal Shoppes is an iconic shopping, dining and entertainment destination. Here, celebrity chefs have chosen to launch innovative concepts – CUT by Wolfgang Puck, Table 10 by Emeril Lagasse, and Buddy V’s Ristorante (the casual dining restaurant of TLC’s “Cake Boss” star Buddy Valastro).

Chic, celebrity chef-driven Restaurant Row is the property's dining district, where world-class food and drink businesses connect with diners from far and wide. With its luxurious aesthetic and unique access to the Las Vegas Strip, this is an ideal place for chefs and innovators to premier their new dining concepts.

Flagship Commons at Westroads Mall (Omaha, NE)

Flagship Commons, an innovative dining experience created by the prominent Omaha-based Flagship Restaurant Group, is the first food hall to hit the Nebraska Plains. A unique blend of fast-casual and full-service dining with a full bar and outdoor patio, the space launched at Westroads Mall with new concepts as well as established Omaha eateries.

Architect Tom Allisma designed the 22,000-square-foot space with a warmly welcoming rustic and modern atmosphere, giving a unique identity to each concept held within. Featured restaurants include local Omaha favorites like Blatt Beer & Table, Amsterdam Falafel & Kebob and Aromas Coffeehouse. Other features include the area's first authentic ramen shop, a literal wall of salad greens and a centrally located fireplace.

Baybrook Mall Lifestyle Expansion (Friendswood, TX)

In November of 2016, GGP expanded Baybrook Mall with a 500,000-square-foot Lifestyle Center that included a fresh new entertainment and dining district. The district, centered around a one-acre park and lawn, features fully covered walks, covered restaurant patios, fountains, a stage, lush landscaping and multiple valet drop offs for an elevated customer experience.

The expansion features 14 full-service and fast-casual restaurants totaling more than 81,000 square feet, with menus spanning flavors and cuisines. This diversification resulted from GGP’s focused and disciplined merchandising efforts to provide consumers with a diverse array of dining concepts. The end result is a critical mass of best-in-class restaurants that have expanded the property’s trade area draw, generating fabulous sales results.

The District at Oakbrook Center (Oak Brook, IL)

Serving the affluent communities of Chicago’s western suburbs, Oakbrook Center is a top shopping and dining destination for a trade area boasting 1.3 million residents, numerous hospitality venues and an array of Fortune 500 companies. Its expansive dining collection includes 15 signature full-service restaurants. Renovations in 2016 also brought an exciting new feature to the property–the District, a 14,000 square-foot food hall featuring an array of quick-service options.

Crowned with large overhead windows and modern lighting fixtures, the District offers curated tastes for every palate. From office workers on midday lunch breaks to families on weekend shopping trips, visitors are fast becoming regulars at hosted eateries such as Stan’s Donuts & Coffee, Pie Five and DMK Burger. Oakbrook Center has long been known as the most-visited retail venue in the greater Chicago metropolitan area; now, The District is also securing its status as a “Don't miss” dining venue.
